ALRC: Add regions to columns and triggers
Groups dataset columns and triggers into regions. DataItems and their properties remain visible, making even a large report's hierarchy easier to understand. The command can also work on standard reports when their AL source is available in the workspace or symbol sources.
Use Ctrl+K, Ctrl+8 or Fold All Regions to collapse regions; Ctrl+K, Ctrl+J or Expand All Regions reveals the code again. Properties intentionally remain outside regions. Existing regions are recognised, their names corrected and empty regions removed, so you can rerun the command after further changes.
